I’m a collaborative team leader and a continuous learner. My current professional studies focus on accessibility. I take pride in evaluating systems as a whole and identifying areas of improvement so products and teams can shine. I lead with compassion and bring out strengths through mentorship and creative vision.

My leadership style evolved from a decade of leading volunteer hikes and backpacking trips, where groups were in inspiring and high-stress situations. I learned when to navigate and when to lead from behind, providing support and keeping everyone together.

I love working on cross-functional teams to ensure that business goals and user needs are aligned. I empathize with users through research analysis and discover solutions through design iterations while working closely with developers to ensure feasibility. I’m consistently selected to take the lead on projects, and I enjoy facilitating brainstorming sessions, cultivating strategies for improvement, and presenting ideas to stakeholders in ways that evoke excitement and inspiration.
